How your details are used

This website is a personal site. It does not sell anything, and it does not track you for advertising. Here is what happens when you get in touch.

What is collected

When you choose to fill in one of the forms on this site, you share the details that form asks for. That is usually your name, email address, phone number, organisation and a short message. Nothing is collected unless you submit a form.

Why it is collected

Your details are used only to reply to you about what you asked, such as a speaking invitation, a course enquiry, a coaching conversation, an interview or a book order. If you ask for the AI in HR toolkit, your email is also used to send the toolkit and occasional letters, and you can stop these at any time.

Where it is kept

The forms are Google Forms, and responses are stored in Harjeet's Google account. They are not shared with anyone else or used for any other purpose.

How long it is kept

Details are kept only as long as they are needed to respond and to stay in touch on the topic you raised.

Other websites

Links on this site lead to other websites such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Amazon and publishers. Those sites have their own privacy practices. Videos and thumbnails are shown from YouTube.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you shared at any time. Send a short request and it will be acted on promptly.
